Written to be strictly accurate to the site’s current, actual behavior (verified against server/contact/index.php and src/components/conversion/ContactForm.astro — not invented or copied from a template), but a lawyer should confirm it before this goes live, especially: the jurisdiction/governing-law question (not yet answered — Rogue Digital’s registered business location isn’t confirmed in this repo), and whether any additional disclosures are required once analytics (Implementation Plan §36 open decision #6) actually gets wired up. This policy will need a real update at that point, not just a rubber stamp.

What this website collects

Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and message. There are no cookies, no third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and no advertising pixels active on this site as of this draft — see docs/project/STATUS.md for the current, honest status of analytics integration.

How it’s used

Solely to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are sent by email to Rogue Digital Group; they are not stored in a database, sold, or shared with third parties.
